Sheldon Sandbekkhaug on Software Engineering for Aspiring Developers In-Person / Online

Join us for a special edition of Coffee + Data && Code with Google Staff Software Engineer Sheldon Sandbekkhaug!

Applying to jobs or internships in the tech industry and not sure where to begin? Google Staff Software Engineer Sheldon "Don" Sandbekkhaug will lead a casual chat about what he's learned about software engineering from his nine years at Google and his advice for undergraduates entering or aspiring to the profession. Sheldon will present for half an hour remotely via Zoom and answer questions afterwards. Learn more about Sheldon at his blog.

This interactive conversation is hosted by UO Libraries: Data Services & the UO Career Center. Students at all levels of experience are encouraged to attend, whether you're actively seeking jobs and internships or a more junior student considering programming or computer science as a career.

Please note that this event is not sponsored by Google: Sheldon appears here as an individual, not as a representative of Google.
