DREAM Lab Orientation for Faculty & Graduate Students In-Person
Are you interested in learning what the DREAM Lab is all about? Or maybe how you can use it as a faculty or graduate student engaged in digital research, education, and media? Then come and learn all about it!
This 2-hour workshop will cover:
- What is the DREAM Lab? Who is using it and how?
- How to make space reservations for collaborative meetings, technology intense workshops and trainings, instruction for technology intense projects, or scholarly events
- Hands on experience using the space's audio-visual technologies for workshops and collaborative gatherings
- Hands on experience setting up laptops and spaces to teleconference with collaborators
Hour 1 will cover the lab's mission, how to make reservations, and use the collaboration spaces. While the other will focus on using the workshop space and thinking through space setup for scholarly events like digital research poster presentations, full day symposia, and more.
