Creating Reports in R Markdown: knitr 2 (Online and In Person) In-Person
Join us for two 90-minute introductory sessions introducing you to the knitr package in R. This session will assist you with
- understanding the value of reproduceable reports
- understanding and compiling a bsaic Rmarkdown file
- becoming familiar with and using code chunks
- using inline code and math
- publishing and alternative formats
This course is intended for beginners or anyone wanting to review the basics. The prerequisite requirements for this class are the installation of R and Rstudio, as well as the ability to run sample code in R (generally about 2 hours of experience).
