The RAVE lab is available for bookings for anyone who HAS already completed a training meeting with staff. Your booking will still go through, but if you aren't on the approaved list, students may not be able to check out the key to you!
Appropriate uses include experimenting, working, and playing in AR/VR spaces using one of the AR/VR systems we have on site. Use for fee-based tutoring, office hours, or to hold a credit class is generally not allowed (but working on class assignments, outside of lecture time, is).
Reservations are highly preferred and may be made up to four weeks in advance; the reservation must be made before or as your use begins. You may check in up to five minutes before your reservation, and you should expect you will need to leave at the end of your reserved time, as someone else may have a reservation following you.
