Reservations for the room are moderated, and we aim to respond within 1-2 business days. That said, if your request is more complex or you're new to using the space, you may need additional time to go through the required training and have your account set up on the Visualization Lab computer.
This space is primarily intended for members of the UO community who need access to the room’s high-resolution display and visualization tools for teaching or research. Other types of use may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Anyone with a clear need for the room's equipment are absolutely welcome to reach out regardless of whether you are a faculty, staff, graduate, or undergraduate user.
